Right now, I am typing on here as we are trying to save a grandma in New York from losing $15,000 to scammers out of Kolkata. These scammers are located at 22.6426415,88.4661151 and had the victim take out $15,000 from her Citi account so that they could send someone DIRECTLY to her house to collect the money.
Do you know how disgusting it is that they are sending someone DIRECTLY to pickup cash from her house? Another person, possibly a criminal and or someone who is dangerous is going straight to this grandma’s house knowing she has cash and they are getting it from her. This is extremely dangerous.
We have made it known to authorities and they are going to send someone to her house to try to intercept the scam and catch the “Receiver” who is going to steal the money from her. The issue is that the police are driving through crazy traffic, so it’s really just a race against time.
I really hope that Cyber Police in Kolkata will be able to get these guys– there’s a bunch of them, they’re nasty… laughing about taking money from this lady.
We will get them, and save her.
